Your face like a cone, somewhere far from ecstasy, tells me all I know, far away from time, the daily conspiracy, is life on the line, your mouth a cruel loan, when your body pulls free, need to rest your bones, on Sunday's drink wine, and you and lovers seize, love from this ugly clime, every lie a fine toothcomb, dance like a honey bee, on the ocean stones, your house besides the sea, at the bottom of the road, brings some other fantasy, our bodies list and groan, let us dare to be, angels coming home, watching on TV.

What do you care, that they stretch my face, as if you’d understand, the tune in blue trees, the web-like lace, spun on the breeze, you’ll still need to share, heaven's kissing gate, you put me in there, chained to the sea, the same as your gaze, a hymn to serendipity, it’s hard to know what's fair, your voice raised, lips that snare, down harried streets, no one waits, sugar sweet, you're not a dare, to sing so great, are you aware, how we pass the days?

We live or die in here, the first one offers wine, others circle near, bereft of drama or lonely stars, our debts reach high, the journey’s never are, moon bright trees blink sere, lit with an inner light, no one hides their fear, someone makes a mark, another wonders why, it skips a happy start, lemons tart as tears, chill a ghostly birthright, don’t see the danger near, forget our shining cars, they won’t hear us sigh, we wait before the arc, this hell hole on the weir, allows no-one's rights, to be cool, considered, clear, walls scream strife and fire.

In a room that creaks, listening to the rain, she turns to speak, this is not my tune, she says, the song is too crude, words stuck in between, the moon hesitates, it knows where she's been, Paris and sunlit avenues, somewhere in Spain, free from the intrudes, wrapped in a cotton sheet, she pulls at my traces, her long legs and knees, outside’s a Magnolia tree, the bed's like a cradle, it ignores how it creaks, sometimes she squeezes, all the life that’s taken, still from the sea, love marks her day.

In a room that creaks, listening to the rain, she turns to speak, this is not my tune, she says, the song is too crude, walls washed green, the moon hesitates, it knows where she's been, Paris and sunlit avenues, not something on planes, free from the crew, wrapped in a cotton sheet, she pulls at my traces, her long gait and knees, outside a Magnolia tree, the bed's like a cradle, you can smell the sea, sometimes she squeezes, from one life taken, a manner to sleep easy, love marks her day

pull on your kitchen gloves, take your time, say you're no longer in love, remember which tune, that hits broken lives, it’s still ringing true, heaven's a cover, when you reach that line, it sings in your blood, want me hum it for you, make the clock fly, run outside the room, hold to those who scrub, live generous lives, don't always get the rub, like you never rue, the mysteries of your crimes, hear the wind go boom, listen to what's above, shudder with the wine, fly like a released dove, don’t be frightened.

Don't fall for anyone's Blues, sing on the wire, you always pay your dues, life isn't a stone, taken to the fire. why should you atone, whoever reads the news, think who’s for hire, make your own truth, a philosopher in your bones, say poison your desires, find your own home, read every book, anything that inspires, don't overlook, your little place of ruin, why be a denier, the tax man plays his tunes, wants each little piece of you, anyone can inquire, don’t give them a clue, you're not a liar.
