She taps on the bar,
sees the morning rise,
hits the road burning tar,
dont look at her eyes,
she knows abut fights,
another fine surprise,
she'll just carry on,
everyone's cool at night,
feels inside what's gone,
ask her to stay a while,
you can see the fright,
that hollows out a smile,
howl in ancient parts,
her bags are heavy lite,
prays for dawn to start,
do we take the time,
to say it’ll be alright,
a kiss before she flies,
pushes hard at lights.
