Naeva

Clattered steps in the evening, heart beating like cocaine, before an Arctic breeze, at other times a jungle throng, before the muffled rain, drummed stillness in your song, i wish, more than any creed, to understand your game, i mean, do you trick me, accept the gift of dung, arriving fresh at the station, with hints of your perfume, a blame scarred electricity, laughter in all your ways, when you stay with me, does it make you feel easy, rolling home like a freighter, the pavements reeling, your lips beyond shame.

There's many a time, i wish i'd never been born, on Princes Drive, my lover gone, now leave me alone, with my own reflection, what made me try, to think i was doing, getting jealous high, smelling your Eau de Cologne, winter coming on, standing by the road, then cloud breaks the sky, a little girl missing home, cars crawl by, they see me ply, under moonshine's sprawl, bitter fruit by line, feeling drawn.

Naiam

The great perspiring Diva, makes sense to me, when she sings Ave Maria, hymns make me dream, your face a relic of the sea, sleeping is not so easy, in circumstances of our own, can we ever make history, each morning's walk to town, like someone's claim to be, creature of nights seasoned in Cafe's, who tried to find the key, your laugh a generous frown, rain sweeping across a tree, you always hear me out, wrap time around your reel, say music will always be, a place to feel easy, by kind or cruel necessity.

if you could only tell, or catch missed days, where easy love dwells, broken bars ablaze, part of this terrain, eyes clear after the rain, a bed beneath the shell, lemon trees sustain, part of another well, listening to the trains, not only children laugh, these uncertain days, no talk of prison hell, that hurt can't shame, but leaves us shrill, summer's loss is total, Spring gives us a name, our ship without a bell, will I see you again ?

Maria

What's wrong with scheming, and loving the sea, over the horizon fleeing, finding luck or an number, let it blaze your features, when love is a wonder, this is your season, for a time to seize, not wait on cloying reason, or weep in ocean slumber, find the need, to dance, wheel and trundle, shopping carts full of dreams, give yourself ease, with your new freedom, life is not for kneeling, the beach is at your feet, forget your bereavement, this beautiful evening.

Maisie

Strained in my tone, i struggle to explain, heart thumping groans, a waving busman's prance, turns away in the rain, she hears out my rant, laughs at all i've done, the useless games, no wonder when you're alone, ignores secret glances, putting yesterday's blame, on what has passed, she sits on a Navajo throw, the ribbons of a day, wild sunlight in her bones, a sea whipped storm, tornado’s my rage, incarcerated eyes implore, don't go dancing again.

Here's the reality, why on yellow set stone, behind a crushed serendipity, do you suffer whispers, in hushed magenta tones, light yet sorely kissed, a colour of the Belfrey, flush within your bones, like rain across the sea, can't you sense this, you say you've been honed, to numb away the miss, a lovers' voice tolls free, no one really gets over, a lonely time saying please, being in Gethsemane, that’s what prison is for, illicit sisters' whisky, you drink as your own.
