Love holds the door ajar, your hair falls down the line, you don't get very far. but sit around a Pool trees blend wave in time, who needs their news, or ask about your Da, just another wine, lonely as a shooting star, the money he tooled, in a poor jaded light, sunshine just for fools, home another car, furnished by mother's cries, no room for chairs, swear you're no fool, to forget the hurt inside, or that other part of you, that sits on the bar, and sees the morning rise hit the highway burning tar, do you raise your eyes?

Irish

A winter of religious scenes, she dabs at another frame, stands without belief, regards the bottle, men she's honed, stay away from that game, doubtful if she's ever alone, in yellow nights of dreams, even if she looks the same, it's not what it seems, the canvas lets her be, painting's like a wooden nail, a matchstick in the sea, in many ways she's gone, lost within her name, the work is not her own, the pull of certain Liberty, never really eases the pain, her body ticks with heat, deep burnt eyes this day, her work sets her free, even if she has no energy, she's knows no other way.

Irene

You crossed the street, things are never the same, salt is on the breeze, danger comes towards my eyes, Hollywood's in your gaze, no need to ask why, smell of perfume from the seat, chasing glory these days, the woman you want to be, how you make the line, you won't be tamed, even if i hold a knife, the place to set you free, a jewel for your days, silken on an easy sea, outside fire's odyssey, someone to chant your name, fire without reason, being true is never easy, especially on your campaign, don't gild the lily, celebrity is no child's game.

Who can resist, or diminish your flame, sometimes in a wayward kiss, hidden by canyons and scree, a terrible supply of waste, men drool at your feet, beware those who can hit, you turn to me and say, am i being remiss, the hollows tick with heat, sunshine grants them little space, a wind is worth seeing, let them all go hiss, you say again, rage will absolve us, for everything we miss, we'll see off troubles again, they'll fall off the list, uncertain questions, shoved or tossed away, fools seeking justice, we hold the reins.

Harriet

All that is behind you, sits stunned around a Pool, vodka tonics citrus cool, on yellow sand you redeem, all that hides from you, scrubbed by the sea, it's hard to be discreet, what you've been through, so why not laugh easy, what your bones can't undo, or your tongue can't fool, you won't delude, trees of a green beach, who carry the news, sung on a gentle breeze, you stand before the enemy, he tempts you with a brew, his terrible supplies of energy, he won't break your mood, a banshee wail of what to do, what it is to lose, your fire turns blue.

My eyes try to fix a place, where we just carry on, and no one feels the pain, or cares for my bones, a river rises all alone, beyond any time zone, when she sees my face, the running line of alcohol, red veined suddenly plain, a time to stay alone, a wolf howl at the moon, not like coming home, maybe i'll take a train, like last winter's love, we sparked around the Bay, who knows where's the flame, a trapeze of broken runs, does our soul work this way, how can i fasten fame, acting like some walking tomb, can we ever really say, what makes a country tune ? ,

On these long flights, side by side for harmony, we are cool socialites, why take a train, or a sail on the lee, this way there's no stain, so far we're right, who needs reason, bags weigh heavy at night, it's fun being away, we won't ever concretely, inquire about pain, a long silent right, that won't stand scrutiny, a morning cold cabin light, this horizon so bright, a diamond sun all seeing, she has hopes of eternity, I want to be free, she says from on high, below us the sea, who needs to wonder why? .
