One Two Six

You consider my duress, and want me for your needs, spit saliva at the crest. what is it you do, when you're ill at ease, do you hail a tribune, children left without success, this office is your creed, you only crave excess, sobbing with fake news, power is your creed, across this shining avenue, my dreams struggle to confess, of wine dark waters deep, pray sometimes for a rest, you want no excuse, to see the wounds of history, a turtled mound of refuse, this water is far too fresh, to bathe and drink all evening, love me like the best, let me taste the sea.

One Twenty Five

God is my breakfast test, summer within a lover's storm, don't i feel blessed, smiling dangerously, with her failing lymphoma, the troubles start with me, howling with tremendous zest, her complaints grow enormous, like some ferocious beast, she’s a lightning seed, for horrors that are brightly worn, her own epiphany, please give it a rest, this thunderous performance, i'm not at my best, before even Dejeuner, music rises like a claw, a fist inside says serendipity, is this the palimpest, to act like never born, my own litmus test, we dance around the floor.

One Two Four

My vision comes too late, not so easy to squeeze, what I need to say, you boil at my thunder, exploding like a tree, lost in luck or numbers, you'll find out one day, if you let me keep, plans you’ve thrown away, a life uncluttered, my insides screech, who needs love, I'm not cut out this way, for a cowards retreat, or bound fast to the day, it makes you wonder, stones, graves, wreaths, who splits who asunder, memories of your face, are not there to please, the perfume of your gait, steals away from me.

One Two Three

Some nights I ask why, other times no, why stars make me cry, might as well be Space, that marks our credit zone, we're out so late, you come into my sight, the wind is black and cold, then you're gone again, if kids and dogs are great, then why go roaming, stay who you are, wake up and smile Hey, make a place call it home, flame starts with a light, if you hear me cascade, shout down a broken phone, don’t hesitate, no matter how late, to strain our hungry bones, we're only chasing sky, not to be alone.

One TwoTwo

It's useless to hesitate, the knife's to the bone, it always strikes too late, never safe to heed, where I've been going, no one makes me plead, always leave the way, I can slay my ghosts, no matter what their taste, say sayonara to that scene, they‘ll leave me alone, my turn now to bleed, it leaves me delicate, a tune with broken tones, sealed in a shipping crate, but it’s not my creed, when you leave home, you want to succeed, the moon is llke paper, it knows what I've done, the wind on the plates, fire to understand.

One Two One

A smile on her face, she says carry on, I can’t turn away, a horizon once bright, she navigates with stones, feels that it's right, maybe take a train, like a love that's gone, it once came this way, the picture's not kind, she can cry but won't, it’s no place to fight, why do thoughts work this way, she’ll never understand, here on the plain, within a harvest light, hardly a sound, under an empty sky, who can ever say, we’re tied to our bones, nothing to gain, by going home.

One Twenty

Parade all the while, when you hit the trail, ride that lonely mile, in your bones, you don't need a stay, to be alone, you left her to die, on your holy grail, said you didn’t have time, can you atone, when love always fails, shame marks your tomes, flip a coin to the sky, talk of hoisting sail, don't worry about style, drink wine from a Jeraboam, covet some desolate mail, throw stones at her ghost, what is it to cry, that finds you this way, you're not going to lie, it’s worse than jail.
