Jay
Your smile makes me prance,
a fear of being caught,
by your smart chit chat,
take all the chaff,
you show around the course,
smoke and look daft,
what others have found,
singing myself hoarse,
is what you call balance,
they might just dance,
but you rake me worse,
with your faded flowers,
you hold my hand and ask,
is this what we're taught,
sip whisky from a flask,
tell me forget the past,
you know about horses,
how to turn them out,
why not take a chance,
forget whose been bought,
come with me to France,
those lovely waters.

A cold wind blows,
it strokes a fear,
citizen comrades in the know,
pearl doves arch above,
nothing else is so dear,
tell me truths of love,
money for work clothes,
smile like a seer,
there are no bad tones,
is my vision so blown,
you need to be clear,
a lifetime left to hone,
along weather zones,
you won't worry who’s near,
we are never alone,
fly to those who give,
fresh linen and eau de cologne,
always let them live,
you wear lipstick for show,
millions kill the years,
try to steer the soul,
eliminate frozen tears.

Peta Three
Who needs a shrink,
but a lover somehow,
and a little drink,
all might the day own,
in a village full of clowns,
on fields full of stones,
I know what you think
could never hold a plough,
but a secure unit's zinc,
on display for the town,
shows what I've sown,
outrage now I'm gone,
I teeter on the brink,
though a whole summer down,
walk and gargle and stink,
they'll ship me now,
face like an ice rink,
body weight of a cow,
my politics dull pink,
heat shines off my brow,
it's safer in the clink,
to shut off the sorrow.

Peta Two
What might have been,
it's just not fair,
for a life of ease,
you gave me no clue,
are you that aware,
to run from virtue,
bowing to a bad dream,
your eyes flared,
you single out a scream,
tell me the truth,
my positions slurred,
do you need more proof,
to drink on sad evenings,
would you not care,
if I danced a treat,
look at me I muse,
is it my thin hair,
don't sing me the blues,
can you love my new teeth,
do you think you dare,
the way I aim to be,
make you scared?

Your star is coming home,
besides a police cone,
in shelters you lie prone,
why whisper love,
on throwaway 'phones,
ravaged face like a moon,
saints show their bones,
a poem to massage your soul,
it makes you drink alone,
pearl doves arc above,
a lifetime listening to moans,
fly to those who give,
fresh linen and eau de cologne,
leaves you on the ropes,
you wear a green raincoat,
you are not alone,
millions come and go,
trying to find a home,
luminous as a frozen stone,
shining beneath the credit zones,
search a road called hope,
before you take a loan.

Don Two
I'm not your drip,
nor the big sea,
the yellow light hid,
ask about my lovers,
with all their surly deeds,
they haven't got my number,
what I crave to live,
as if it fits your creed,
is a series of limits,
that edge of wonder,
being witness to believe,
my high heeled mother,
stones flowers pieces of drift,
knowing its enough to see,
what is in my gift,
to enslave or encumber,
a lifetime of greed,
the peace of sweet slumber,
would you leave me in sin,
a lifetime of weeds,
is it all spinning fibs,
that gives me the need?

Don
Face down terrible claims,
no star can refuse,
your outrageous Dames,
you who wonder Why,
the lordly canons of virtue,
feel those cotton stripes,
but this's no game,
TV's blare fake news,
chasing the days,
around your lies,
your trinkets spin the blues,
for all that crass disguise,
hardships on the way,
what is there to rue,
hit them on the make,
only fools rearrange,
with someone like you,
you're tired of catching 'planes,
especially on parade,
better face the Doo Doo,
eyes looking strange,
go easy on what's true.
