I have no need of you, stepping off this train, who are this crew, i wish to be alone, not see anyone anyway, on the streets or Metro, there is no clue, except these popinjays, asking me my due, you arranged the loans, tell them what to do, put jelly on your bones, don't give me your view, now the voice is raised, I am not your issue, before my groans, you tried to erase, everything I called home, truth is a bitter fruit, when the old man passed away, no one sang my blues, or even knelt to pray.

You wonder why I pray, when winter leaves, run to catch the train, make your bath with foam, giving is the need, our loving isn't done, I can't hold your face, forget the disease, catch horizons on my way, in the wind and stones, help me find my feet, assist our journey home, guide us through the forays, make sudden troubles ease, sometimes it isn't funny, each part of my bones, becomes amazingly free, now we're alone, d'you remember those days, our trips to the sea, the scrimped for holidays, our dance of Thebes?

Sal

You call this news, on these troubled nights, as if you knew, fire burns in the grate, don't tell me how to cry, those you left too late, the different crews, left hanging on the line, they loved you too, who cares what's real or fake, something deep inside, makes you a household name, isn't it time you fool, sighing in the tide, to think who care for you, no matter what you take, however you may try, hope is what you make, whole worlds sing your blues, rain clouds furl the sky, death brings no easy due, where you lie.

I get the Heeby Jeebies, my soul strung out tight, someone better set me free, in his eyes amour, have to do what's right, roll the Eau de Cologne, don’t rock me gently, say everything's fine, I'm not your honey, a soup of lost hordes, all of them crying, rise up from the floor, I'm glamorous, perfect, serene, you kiss me quietly, do what others have dreamed, a perfect score, have I just died, draw a toil of water, a train near the sea, will swear to the night, let me reach the quays, blaze on fire.

Can you identify, that easy thing, between moon and sky, what has been emptied, makes other parts slink, by this dockside, you don't need an inquiry, where truth is bling, and then buried, who needs a dime, when we all drink, at rich man's good time, some drive a Chevrolet, laugh as they fling, what makes them happy, each walk of life, ends in a blink, some kiss their wives, in summer's twilight, you might hear it ring, a bell on a kite, where all thoughts lie.

Don't blame it on fate, that love doesn't exist, a trick played too late, the earth groans, like it has a stitch, it's not me gone home, will something change, depends who's playing this, it'd be a cheek to say, spin around my show, take music from the hits, scream them from your iphone, hearts spin in this space, tumble in the pits, waiting for a date, a dancer from another zone, with a yellow list, turns to me and goes, life's always a race, when you figure it, always shows its face, when something’s missing.

It's quiet here now, your once surly needs, more heat off your brow, I can see the waves, where praise be, you know what I give, there's cold in my bones, I lay back dearie me, my face like a stone, grant me the days, where I run carefree, through the fishing gates, men with barren tones, say have a drink on me, cry on my shoulder, they plead for a stay, beyond their wife's reason, I'm just the same, in the blue dawn, a chime in the Belfrey, I make my way home, look out at the sea.
