Antonia Four

Can't get around the news, now you’ve dived away, no one tells the truth, you sailed before the Metro, finished up your days, left me with the loans, I haven't got a clue, what in heaven's name, we’re going to do, everything we call home, glistens just the same, the children saw you go, I sing hopeless tunes, trapped within a cage, everything here is blue, you just left us alone, as if it was some game, made jelly of our bones, truth’s a bitter fruit, to jump before a train, did you see it coming, hoping not to wait?

Antonia Three

Since you've gone away, I'll find something to do, but each night pray, laugh in the hurricane zone, see my face in whirlpools, you used me like a drone, tricked me every way, the blue still surrounds you, you say there’s no way, you’ll give me a loan, even if you want to, gardens need to grow, walls are turning grey, you say I’ll always lose, as if I’m on the make, don’t want to be alone, not saying it isn’t true, I carry bags of stones, my eyes shine like jays, I’ll never be in ruins, lying by the drains, love will find me soon.

Antonia Two

Clouds unfurl in the sky, death brings no easy due, even when you die, who cares what’s fake, it always is around you, burns forever in your grate, something deep inside, not just an ordinary blues, makes you want to cry, those barriers you raise, not to look a fool, when you should be great, however high you fly, love is not immune, it’s always worth a try, dies when you castigate, something lost in you, when you walk away, these troubled nights, I’ve had a few, no more questions now, I guess you knew.

Like this ship at sea, I swear to the night, you will hear from me, you are a buzz saw, writhing with lies, hung by my cabin door, your lost fidelity, between moon and sky, shines like a painting, from the earth's poor, my terrible why, rises from the ocean floor, I’ll lay you in weeds, my lips strung tight, you need setting free, Here on the shore, I’ll do what's right, there’ll be no furore, just rock you gently, easy with the knife, call you baby, look into my eyes.

Carty Three

On the Spring tide, you look to the poor, huddled in line, it's cold for the season, sons and daughters, share the same reason, on the starboard side, a bitter truth’s sought, don't need an inquiry, to shiver in the lee, what's left at the port, sick of being, to worry about time, being caught, in some policy drive, what it teaches, to head for the door, like a guilty plea, every walk of life, ends with nought, some seek the light, others the law.

Emily Three

Can anyone bring serenity, to this creature in a bar, rescued from the sea, like someone in a frame, makes a different mark, something you can't name, the ones who've gone to Greece, like distant bells afar, send back childhood dreams, maybe a different age, you keep like a postcard but still, feel strange, nothing fills your need, you're a salty dog, sometimes you can scream, dancing in the waves, chasing sails around a spar, all the stuff that's wreckage, the things you only feel, all the stuff you're not, a waving sea anemone who needs a Da?

Emily Two

A cross for a pub, to where we drink wine, she gives me a shove, the deals behind Primark, to taste is no crime, let’s go of my arm, she looks up above, lost in her time, the year she got bust, hair like a jump start, she hasn't a dime, no one takes her part, we meet in a club, initially fine, who gives a fuck, never easy or calm, raised by great signs, she’s a wandering star, lays down lost looks, to everything wise, asks me to rub, the pain in her side.
