Antony Three

Since you've passed away, nothing left to do, but each night pray, laugh in hurried tones, my face like a whirlpool, hate to be alone, submerged in every way, my blues still surround you, scream no other way, you never did moan, even if you wanted to, gardens need to grow, walls are turning grey, they say I’ll always lose, even on the make, acting like a drone, not saying what isn’t true, I carry bags of stones, my eyes shine like jays, they wonder what I’ve done, lying by the drains, will find out soon enough.

antony Two

Clouds billow in the sky, death is no easy due, even when you die, who cares what’s fake, it always shines around you, burns forever in your grate, something deep inside, not just an ordinary slew, makes you cry, those barriers you raise, make me look a fool, when I should be great, however far you fly, love is not immune, shall we have a try, it dies when you castigate, something lost in you, then you walk away, these troubled nights, I’ve had a few, no more questions why, I guess you always knew.

Like a ship at sea, I swear to the night, you will hear from me, you are a rotten core , heavy with lies, hung at my cabin door, your lost fidelity, between moon and sky, shines like a painting, from the earth's poor, I ask a terrible why, risen from the ocean floor, I’ll see you in weeds, my lips strung tight, enjoy setting me free, here on the shore, I’ll do what's right, there’ll be no furore, just rock you gently, easy with the knife, call you baby, look into my eyes.

Emily Three

Can anyone bring serenity, to my features in a bar, I’m rescued from the sea, like someone in a frame, there is a part that’s dark, something you can't name, others go to Greece, ring distant bells afar, bring back childhood dreams, maybe it’s a different age, I keep like a postcard It still feels strange, nothing fills my need, I’m a lazy hog, sometimes I could scream, dancing in the waves, chasing sails around a spar, fling the stuff that's wreckage, the things I only feel, all the stuff I’m not, drink a huge Martini , who needs a Da?

Emily Two

By lights of a pub, where we drink wine, she gives me a shove, a deal behind Primark, to taste is no crime, let’s go of my arm, looks up above, lost in her time, the year she got bust, hair like a jump start, she hasn't a dime, no one takes her part, we meet in a club, initially fine, we run out of luck, never easy or calm, raised by great signs, she’s a wandering star, lays down lost looks, to everything wise, she asks me to rub, the pain in her side.

She has some spark, her lovely face lights, quick off the mark, she hankers for love, most of her nights, doesn’t worry what's above, in a nearby car park, they ask her why, she hangs around bars, says we all need a crust, a trolley suits her fine, she doesn’t drink doubles, never walks far, to gossip is a crime, each step's a stopped car, works without gloves, unlike other times, Okay, when it's good, there's never a chart, to show her what's right, let’s wait for the dark, maybe it's time.

Catherine Three

I stand by his grave, where praise be, I hope to be laid, my eyes like thunder, cry like the sea, it makes me shudder, from the blue Nave, stripped down like a tree, nothing’s to be saved, here and there a cluster, poplars breeze, little else passes muster, my voice starts to break, it's late for the season, birds have gone away, his face was a wonder, happy laughing clean, that I tore asunder, it's quiet at this place, a place of need, it fits his casket, left open for me.
