Don't say get a grip, when someone fails below, let another moment slip, I need strength to pray, sooth my chromes, my quest to keep awake, stowaways have surly lips, betrayed by wretched homes, others simply quip, tired jokes and life dismayed, on 49 different time zones, lies in everything they say, they make my eyes dip, consumption in their bones, pays to take another nip, who knows how I'll sleep, try to act grown, ask faith take a leap, wonder who'll end this trip, will the wind moan, nail me to a coffin ship, hunger in our soul.
