Sophie
When you see a shining star,
does it make you uneasy,
shows you know just how far,
but If its children and dogs,
just stay as you are,
in a warm hazy fog,
ship my soul to Shalimar,
across the sea of tranquillity,
let it cross that bar,
it's not what you want,
forget the Ferrari,
all the stuff you don't,
put water in my font,
make all my fires decrease,
tell me what's going on,
I'm like someone from afar,
in a film by Spike Lee,
music by Billy Maher,
singing in a boxcar,
that scatters all my needs,
ashes on the bar,
instead of moon's serenity.
