Cathy Two
Happy songs in my car,
hot water in my tank,
it only leaves a scar,
blown by your forays,
a ticking from the crank,
an awful terrible waste,
you peer within the dark,
make even sunshine dank,
scatter ashes on the bar,
what is left to say,
my mind fills up blank,
clings to a brighter day,
Oh, you are a dog,
no one else to thank,
rolled me like a log,
brought me to this state,
no one else to thank,
what’s left anyway,
we never know how far,
what lies down the track,
to see what's going on,
how much in the bank?
