Nayeli
Who can resist,
or diminish our flame,
even by a wayward kiss,
hidden by fields and scree,
rolls of sea waste,
gather at our feet,
befriend those who trip.
they'll find truth today,
you are not remiss,
the towns tick with heat,
sunlight divides space,
our look is all-seeing,
have them land in ships,
to take their load away ,
rage dissolves in song,
for everything we see,
we'll see again,
including all our envy,
we uncertain misfits,
lives in cradled sway,
fools seeking justice,
will hear us today.
