Who will tend our bones,
listening to the rain,
does a river run alone,
let our song ring,
on slow suburban trains,
birds will hear us sing,
herring gulls that soar,
may we wash the pain,
through their eerie moans,
crying is a broken wing,
forget those winter days,
discarded wedding rings,
swore we’d never go,
just to count our gains,
stuff everybody knows,
our best is everything,
always find new ways,
throw off our suffering,
Summer's here again .
