Rae

at starboard he hails me, I am his lady, all there is to be, hunted slant of the mast, shadows dance on crates, crescent moon at Christmas, surrounded by auxiliaries the radar blinks and wails, lights blinks eratically, wires ripples on their cast, he's oh so wild and brave, wven when danger's passed, we're racing on the sea, slamming through waves wind hides my folded dreams, please hold her fast, what is there to save, she's warm and snug at last, I'm aching for a baby
