Fion Three
A line on her face,
says she’ll carry on,
won’t turn away,
a horizon once bright,
she navigates alone,
feels that it's right,
maybe take a train,
like a lover who's gone,
it came once this way,
the picture's not kind,
she could cry but won't,
no place to make tight,
she’ll work it this way,
never understand,
life on the pave,
within the city’s light,
hardly a sound,
under a wet sky,
who would bet anyway,
tied to the stones,
there’s nothing to gain,
by going home.

Memories of your face,
so eager so sweet,
the state of your grace,
you recoil at my thunder,
my very conceit,
a man fixed by number,
they called me too late,
eager to squeeze,
the life where you lay,
a path uncluttered,
my insides heave,
my storm-tossed lover,
you went out one day,
while I was asleep,
my dreams fall away,
it’s a conundrum,
wreaths, stones, grave,
who splits who asunder,
I hear you say,
Just walk and smile easy,
just break away,
now you’re released.

Brilliant bones
sculpture your frame,
spring’s in full flow,
you want to be free,
it’s always the same,
how to stay happy,
dance on the blow,
sail full-on to fame,
others will follow,
taste salt by the sea,
fools leave the game,
not what you believe,
to number each crumb,
or circle each day,
only say that it’s done,
stones and glass pieces,
drunken oblates,
sing like the priests,
as if they don’t know,
how to take share blame,
fly away like the crows,
into the rain.

Kenny Three
Hails all who come by,
laughs and hums and frisks,
says you’ve got to try,
he stays cheerful at home,
occasionally bangs the lids,
always on the go,
his life starts to fry,
crying for what he’s missed,
some waste all their lives,
others walk the stones,
searching for a kiss,
like he's done before,
forget the better times,
all the truths that list,
bars, rain, days of tides,
dreams he can’t postpone,
sometimes turn to piss,
a path you can’t go down,
whoever owns the night,
or the wind hushed mist,
makes you wonder why,
days are ruled by kids?

Kenny Two
You live life by drops,
no poem or big sea,
the blue light can mop,
your words only grate,
on lousy needs,
there lies your fame,
latticed with coughs,
just a wheeze,
no one knows whose top,
is this some child’s game,
around your greed,
you always find a way,
to show who’s boss,
everyone squeezed,
like a kitchen cloth,
golden moments can't delay,
your fight with release,
the need to get away,
give it all to love,
you wouldn't need,
to care a jot,
but you won’t see
Kenny
In darkness and grain blue,
snow sends a sign,
release this stupid fool,
it’s not me gone cold,
when you break the light,
others that you've known,
I should cry for you
tears just ask me why,
what you have to lose,
nothing left to hold,
at your sudden news,
it makes me feel old,
your eyes in constant flight,
care is not an issue,
when you run from life,
it’s always what we sow,
can never light the fuse,
no one loves alone,
I would die for you,
bells ring out the night,
they ring of life anew,
somewhere on the ice.

Dany Four
The sum of weary waves,
puts love on hold for fear,
others close the gate,
at the time you celebrate,
let the poor come near,
broken laws relate,
for those consumed and crazed,
sometimes you make clear,
be gentle today,
why scream or hesitate,
you need to hear,
these castaways,
when bells ring out oblate,
don't worry what is dear,
better this than fate,
time is just a knave,
it measures dust not years,
don't judge the late,
each evening castigate,
all your foolish tears,
smother them with praise,
whatever you can bear.
