Anna Two
Keep an ear for trains,
your body turns to stone,
let us show the way,
forget what's on your mind,
this’s about your soul,
you're not the lonely kind,
crying makes you slay,
a song all your own,
hands across your face,
don't take fright,
or fall like a dope,
for any stray you find,
rub against the grain,
stay out there alone,
don't worry about the freight,
tunes make them smile,
when they’re far from home,
stems the fear inside,
this railroad’s always late,
all our life’s on show,
nothing has to change,
sing it from below.
